Since my daughter was going to be away at school for the first time , her father and I were worried about her. She is a pretty good kid, but she can be a bit bullheaded about staying safe at times. So, we decided that we would pick out the right luxury apartments in Towson MD for her ourselves. She was interested in living with a group of friends in a run-down place, and we knew that wouldn’t be the right thing for her to to do. We told her that we wanted her to live alone or with one roommate at most. We also wanted her to live in a luxury apartment.
When you live with a lot of other people, it can be rather noisy. We wanted to give her the quiet that she needs,so that she could study and do her homework without a lot of extra noise. She gets distracted easily, and we knew that living with 4 other roommates would be a problem for her. Not only that, but getting her an apartment where we pay the rent in full would mean that she would never have to worry about anyone else being their monthly share.
In the end, we told her that she could invite her best friend to stay in her apartment that we renting for her. We made it very clear that no one else should stay there outside of the two of them. We also made it very clear that there would be no party or other things that would get in the way of your school work. We told both of them that we would pay them, we would keep the refrigerator full, and we would pay for the cable and utilities. Both my daughter and her best friend agreed fully. It has worked out well so far for both of them.
